As First Community Bank grew, so did the necessity for an expanded operations center. Thus, RPPY sought to design a seamless addition to the existing headquarters. The result? A structure harmonizing with the architectural identity of its predecessor. A hallmark of this endeavor is the innovative integration of the two buildings via a pioneering pedestrian bridge— the first of its kind in the area. Within the building lie multiple amenity spaces as a testament to employee well-being, most notably including a daycare center with an adjoining playground. Moreover, the interior spaces are thoughtfully tailored to accommodate the operational dynamics of the bank, featuring dedicated office areas catering to three distinct departments. In essence, this architectural achievement not only signifies the bank's expansion but also underscores its commitment to fostering a conducive and supportive workplace environment.
