Thrivent is a non-profit national organization that provides financial advice as well as creates investment, insurance, and banking opportunities.

Sitting on an originally slanted site, the building was designed with a distinctive entrance tower.  Furthermore, the design sought to seamlessly integrate a transitional style that flows harmoniously throughout both the exterior and interior spaces of the building. Indoors, the building features a functional layout that maximizes the available space and is comprised of offices, workplace amenity spaces, a lobby, and most notably a large conference/ training room.
